Hi there! I'm Cyan, a 20 y/o digital artist from Canada! I have been drawing for my entire life, but I only became more focused on my art journey in 2022 when I began drawing digitally. My favourite things to draw right now are furry/anthropomorphic characters and occasionally the human form. I am always working to improve my art skills and would like to thank you for taking the time to visit my page. TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSION PURCHASE AGREEMENT
• As the buyer, I acknowledge that I am purchasing a custom digital artwork commission drawn by @cyanfiz.
• I understand that due to the digital and personalized nature of the product, the finished artwork is non-refundable.
• I also confirm that I will receive the completed artwork in a digital format upon full payment.

PAYMENT & PRICES
• Prices are listed in USD. See pricing
• Payment is required after I send you the sketch.
• All payments will be done through PayPal. My PayPal

STARTING AN ORDER
• Fill out the form, to begin the commission process with me.
• You are commissioning me to draw within my current art style and skill level. If I am uncomfortable with what you are requesting me to draw, I will contact you.

DEADLINES
• I do not set strict deadlines on my art work.
• I try to finish commissions within 2 weeks of beginning the drawing.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• If I need to cancel your commission for any reason: you will be refunded 100% of your payment no matter the progress.
• If you are treating me unacceptably: I will cancel your commission and provide you with a refund.
• If you cancel the commission before I make any progress: I will refund 100% of your payment.
• If you cancel the commission and I have made significant progress in your commission: Refunds in this case depend on the stage of the drawing I am at. Sketch stage = 75% of payment refunded. Line art stage = 50% of payment refunded. Coloring stage = 25% of payment refunded. Final product = 0% of payment refunded.

EDITS TO THE DRAWING
• You can request edits to the current stage of the drawing (sketching, line art, coloring, and shading). I will always send you update photos of the artwork after I finish one of these stages.
• Edits cannot be made to the final product.

SENDING YOU THE ARTWORK
• I will send you the drawing in PNG or JPEG file formats (your choice).
• Time lapse recordings of your commission are available upon request.

USE OF THE FINAL PRODUCT
• I will post all of my artwork online.
• You can post and use the artwork as you wish, as long as you credit me. My commissions are for your personal use only, and I hold all rights to my work.
• I add small watermarks to all of my works except stickers and icons.
